275 Southbound: From Tampa/St. Pete: · Go over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and stay north. Take 1ST EXIT “Bradenton Exit #2), SR 41. · The road will split, either split goes over the Manatee River (suggested route is the left fork to avoid downtown Palmetto). · At Manatee Avenue light take a right (you’ll see Manatee Memorial Hospital on the left). Go right (beaches/westbound). · Continue on Manatee Ave. until you reach 26th Street West. Turn left and continue through several lights and a large intersection named Cortez Road. Continue straight. The office will be ½ mile on the right in Bradenton Executive Center. From I-75 Southbound: · Go to exit # 217 - State Road 70 also known as 53rd Avenue and turn west. Stay on that road for several miles. · You’ll pass new 301 & 15th St. EAST. Keep going west!!! You will see the EAST road (numbers) going down and then you’ll notice that just after 1st St. East the roads start going up on the WEST side i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Street WEST. · Continue on State Road 70 (53rd Ave) until you reach 26th Street West. Turn right and continue ½ mile to the office located on the left in Bradenton Executive Center. From I-75 Northbound: · Go to the University Exit # 213 and head west. Stay on the road till you pass the Sarasota Airport. You’ll basically come to a dead end at the Ringling Museum entrance. · Turn right or north onto US 41. (also known as 14th St. and Tamiami Tr). · You will go through numerous lights. Florida Boulevard, Bayshore Parkway, 57th Ave W). · The next traffic light will be 53rd Ave W or State Road 70. Turn left and continue until you reach 26th Street W. · Turn right on 26th Street W and the office is located ½ mile on the left in Bradenton Executive Center. From Sarasota: · Go North on US 41. (also known as 14th St. and Tamiami Tr). · You will pass the Sarasota Airport. · You will go through numerous lights.
